So I don't blame her. I was informed that they would call me after lunch time 30 minutes prior to them arriving. Well, I waited until after lunch and received no phone call. I left work around 3:30 to be there for them when they came and no one ever came. At the end of the day, close to 5:30 I finally received a text message from Corey saying " I was seeing about taking a look at your window today" I responded to the text that I was expecting someone to call me sooner and he never responded. So I called him. He said "well I didn't know you lived that far out" and we were running behind and my boss will just have to call you." So if I'm told after lunch and that I would receive a phone call, which didn't happen and I had to call them because it was almost 5:30. To get told I live too far out, why schedule me to begin with, why tell me after lunch? Why not just say hey we are running behind schedule or can we reschedule you? I would have been fine with that. I was worried I'd miss them coming so I chose to leave work at 3:30 to be home to wait for them and didn't hear from anyone until almost 5:30 via text. Then when I reply to the text, I get no reply back. I had to make the phone call to him. Then this morning I'm told " well that's just how we do business." Great response and I was told "if that wasn't to my liking that I can just take my business elsewhere." Great advice, will do!

It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son. Regardless, I'm still leaving 5 stars because of the excellent price and quick service.

She told me she needed to check and see where I was at on the schedule....reminded her I was in the schedule for Friday but no one ever showed. Apparently they ran out of daylight and that's why they didn't come, if that's true it would have been nice to get a call. Communication seems to be a really big issue for them.
