I moved to Cache Valley a year ago and really appreciate that we have exceptional ENT providers in the valley. I have been to Cache Valley ENT multiple times over the past year and find them to be excellent specialists. I have a long history of ENT problems resulting in many sinus, tear duct and ear surgeries. I completely trust the doctors and PAs. So far, I have had appointments with Dr. Bennion (now retired), Dr. Deere, Dr. Blotter, Spencer (Audiologist), PA Brock, and the Allergy Clinic. I highly recommend all of them! read more

The billing Department dropped the ball never received a bill from them. Until a collection agency called. I had no idea. Assumed Medicare paid the bill. Called Jackie at Ear nose and throat, very rude assumed that I should of paid months ago, but how can I when I never received a bill. She had all sorts of excuses. She even asked me how do they know I didn't receive it. I said how do I know you mailed it. Ended up paying the whole bill plus charges. Won't go back treated me like a dead beat. Moved to Logan from Portland, Oregon and have been sick 18 months. Best I can explain my lungs are strong but it's something inside them that won't come out. Crazy sticky mucus if I can get anything up. I'm ridiculously winded walking short distances from what I feel this thick mucus coating my insides. I was told to go see the Cache Valley ENT. Scheduled my appointment which took over 2 months to get in. Finally my day arrived to meet the Cache Valley ENT's and hopefully find a cure so I could get back to my 45 year old life. I met the Physicians Assistant and she had an assistant I'm guessing. My CT scan showed a lot of mucus in my sinuses. The PA asked if I broke my nose or was hit in the face with a ball when I was younger. ??? Not that I could recall, lol. I was advised I needed sinus surgery where the surgeon could fix my deviated septum which would allow all the sticky nasty mucus to finally drain. I was so surprised and shocked. I asked the PA if having this surgery, would it also help the pain I was having in my lungs. (Times the pain is so bad I was prescribed a Nebulizer. A quick fix but not a true answer.) The PA said, "It very well might." I was asked to stop by the scheduling desk on my way out to arrange the surgery. I remember feeling in shock, walking in autopilot down to the scheduling desk. I have seen 2 providers at this clinic and will definitely not return. Ancillary staff appear unmotivated, do not smile, and don't seem compassionate. Medical assistant gave me the stink eye and make you feel like you're a burden on their job. Providers were late to my appts and they appear to be tired, burnt out, and failed to establish rapport. I do not feel confident or comfortable in these providers to provide injections or any other form of treatment. I am going to search for an ENT provider elsewhere due to multiple poor experiences. read more

Do not go to this clinic! We took our son in for a check up because he has a history of sinus infections. Dr. Bennion looked at his throat and said it was swollen and looked in his nose and found a little piece of tissue and pulled it out. Nothing special. We get the bill and it is for over $400 after insurance and the insurance paper says " Surgery " on it. We call them and they are very rude and made my wife cry. They tell me "deal with it! I had to pay a bill for my son's hip last week. " Wow, great customer service! The worst experience I've ever had with a so called "Specialty" Dr that charges $400 for his special tissue removing skills. Real rating would be NEGATIVE stars! read more
