We had many items to donate, to take to recycling and to take to the dump. On the day of the move, they showed up on time and began work immediately. We had more items than I expected but they accommodated the extra work without complaint. They took care of everything that we had for them and even took care of an additional large item when the buyer didn't show up. The actual bill was larger than the estimate but that was due to the additional volume that they had to move. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and feel like the price was reasonable.

He contacted me to tell me that the paint was not drying in a couple of places. He suspected that the roof was leaking. I contacted a roofer who inspected the roof and told me that the roof was "toast." The new roof cost was $17,000. I would not have purchased this property if it had been inspected by someone reputable. He refunded my inspection cost and offered me to his insurance that paid me around $800. Stay away from this company!

They were inside talking while my kids were in the backyard. They moved my things and didn't put them back. Took a filter off and didn't replace it. Dropped a picture and ornament and left them. Then if that wasn't bad. He actually walked into my house two days later WITHOUT KNOCKING while I was in the shower. He let my dogs out and yelled at them as they barked at him. My kids got them and he just walked downstairs grabbed the radon meter and left. Not one apology. Plus filled the house with cigarette smoke. Most unprofessional people I've met in service.
