I was told to fill out a form, go buy a replacement and return for reimbursement, which I promptly did. I returned and am told the manager isn't available and to come back in 30 minutes. Ran another errand and received a voice mail from the manager telling me I would not be reimbursed for the damage. I then demanded a refund of the monthly pass. I was told the cost of the wash that damaged my vehicle would be deducted from the refund. So first my car gets damaged, then I get jerked off by the staff for the next hour. So basically I paid $29 (for the "wash") to have my car damaged and then another $30 for a replacement windshield wiper. I will NEVER, EVER return to this or any other Velocity car wash again. EVER. Their customer service is ABYSMAL.

Pressure was good and it came off. Now, some time later I see that there are either hard water spots or soap spots that formed on my paint and windows as it dried. A rinse should just be water under pressure with no residues. Now, I'm gonna have to hand wash this stuff away and hope that it didn't ruin my wax job. So, you either have to hand dry your car when using this place or stay away from it altogether if you don't want spots on your finish.

To my surprise it was a really great car wash! I went with the $14 Ultimate Soft Touch Car Wash and I gotta say my car was pretty darn clean! I usually prefer a "touchless" wash but with all the snow and dirt, my car would still be smeared with dirt all-around...so this is truly the way to go until spring! They offer several different packages (the least being $8), so hopefully you'll be able to find one that best fits your budget. For dirt, caked-on mud and that pesky mag chloride I highly recommend coming to Golden Gate Car Wash! Great value for the price!
