worst customer service ever!! they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to upgrade to new phones and add a line to our account. on top of that, they offered deals that were different than the ones advertised for our province on line with no understandable explanation as to why AND they didn't have reliable INTERNET connection in the store and have had problems with their own internet service for ever apparently! They were rude, not helpful and sneaky about explanations...lame!! thank goodness you can do all this and more over the phone with competent sales associates. The man we dealt with on the phone should offer customer service lessons to your staff of clowns. that is all, rant over. read more
