Let me just begin by saying as SOON as we stepped inside, it was VERY welcoming! It was not overwhelming, it wasn't too much, it was AMAZING! It was so clean and very clean. Gissel and Claire welcomed us once we got into the building, shook our hands AND shook our girls hands as well. Claire gave us the tour and she was so amazing with our girls and was so professional and honestly gave us the best tour of the center. It was the best tour we had out of the 3 centers we went and visited. It was very important we found a place that we as parents felt very comfortable with for the sake of our girls because one of our girls is VERY shy and timid when it comes to new people and places. It was GREAT! Im blown away! So greatful to find a placed we really enjoyed!

When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was told that the changing table is disinfected and bleached between every child. However, I personally observed teachers changing children without disinfecting the table between diaper changes, which raised serious concerns about hygiene practices. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. It took over a week for anyone to follow up with me regarding what I considered to be a serious health issue. Even then, it wasn't management who reached out, it was another employee. As a parent, I expected management to take ownership of a concern involving my child's health and communicate with me directly. I understand that no childcare center is perfect and that incidents can happen. However, trust is everything when you're leaving your child in someone else's care. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer felt confident that my daughter was receiving the level of care and attention I expected. It only takes one incident to lose that trust. I hope this feedback encourages the center to reinforce hygiene protocols, ensure staff consistently follow them, and improve communication and accountability when families raise serious health concerns.

I have both of my boys (2.5 yo and 6 mo) at Sunrise Preschool, and we all love it here. My kids love coming here and we all love the staff. My 2.5 year old was at an in-home daycare, and we needed more structure for him. I feel as if he's learned a lot since enrolling at Sunrise and he's always excited to see his friends. I always put in a lot of work to tour a million places and ask even more questions, and it paid off with our decision to enroll our boys here. I require a high level of communication and accountability from those that I entrust with my children, and I haven't been disappointed!!

There has never been a day my child hasn't been excited to go to daycare. Everyday is a good day to her and that speaks volumes with the love she is displayed while in their care. Her growth and development wouldn't be where she is today without the additional education. Now, I am confident she is ready to take on kindergarten! She shows empathy and vocalizes her feelings appropriately which has made communication better at home! My child has a long line of hugs to give every night before leaving and even asks to go to daycare on our off days versus staying home. The experience at Teach N' fun has given me the most security with leaving my child in their care. They provide and easy to use app which is amazing for daily updates, meal plans, and daily photos of your kiddo while having fun at daycare! My daughter started in January 2023 at 13 months old. I love that this center has a separate one year old room, so both of my kids attend the same place. The teachers know my children well and take great care of them. The one year old room teacher is especially amazing! She is so calm, patient, and caring. She sends pictures every day on the procare app along with a summary of their daily activities. I am simply amazed by how much my daughter has learned about colors, counting, animals, etc, at less than 2 years old! Both of my kids get to do lots of hands-on learning and art projects. The outside area is big with lots of toys and room to run around. The front office staff is super friendly and communicates well. They do a wonderful job of accommodating my daughter's milk allergy. The teachers have been really helpful since this is my first baby, they always give me advice to help my baby reach her milestones and I can tell that they really care about her too and for that I am so grateful! Whenever they notice my daughter is not feeling well they call me or my husband immediately so we can pick her up and always have something helpful or encouraging to say. Also, I think it's very nice that they give the babies little presents like on Easter or Christmas, you can tell that they really enjoy what they are doing and that's why they take care of the children so well. I was very nervous at the beginning, like most mothers, to leave my baby with someone else but everyone at OTWCC have made it really easy for me to go to work and not worry and know that she is in the best hands.
