I don't even know where to begin, but I can say that A Sunny Start Preschool has been the biggest blessing we have received after having our daughter. We come from a center where not a lot was done to encourage learning, where I wondered at times if I would ever receive an actual project where my daughter had to use something other than a paper and a crayon. A Sunny Start Preschool is a place that makes you feel like your kids are safe and loved. My daughter has only been attending this center for 2 months and I have seen her learn so much in so little time. The teachers make it a point to vocalize to parents what they need to know even though we have an app that shows us all of it. When Addy gets home and I ask what she did at school it always matches with the number and color that they were working on when they sent me pictures via Tadpoles. They have a curriculum in place that blew my mind. In so little time my daughter has learned shapes and colors she didn't know two months ago, songs, you name it. She has learned how to make snow, how to make a skeleton with cute tips , how to mix colors, so many things that are so important for her growth and development. My daughter is so happy in this school and we feel at ease when we drop her off, something we unfortunately hadn't felt in a while. I have 2 of my boys currently enrolled at a Sunny Start Preschool II, one in their VPK class with Ms. Madelyne and the other in PreK3 with Ms. Evelyn and i have to start by saying that my husband and I are truly happy with both teachers. They have a great heart and care for each and every child in their class same with Teacher Reyna from PreK2 which I've also had the pleasure in meeting since she was my youngest's teacher when they were VIKIDS last year. It is an Excellent school full of caring teachers and our boys are thriving. They have an excellent curriculum in which my boys are learning and being prepared for next year.  They have lots of fun activities for their weekly themes and holidays to help kids learn. I feel they are very safe when I check into the secure biometric system and we are always greeted by smiling faces including the director Ms. Cristy Feliu. Couldn't be happier with their open door policy. I love that they keep us updated with daily reports and pictures using the Tadpole app which sends alerts directly to my phone. My boys are happy and like attending school which is what matters most; couldn't imagine having my boys anywhere else. We are looking forward in enrolling my 1 year old in the next upcoming year. :) read more

My 2 year old attends A Sunny Start Preschool II. As a first time Mom I was very hesitant in leaving my child. My Husband & I work long hours. I found a place where my son is Loved & cared for all day without any stress or concerns. We receive pictures throughout the day. A report is send by app with my son's activity at the end of the day. It gives us peace of mind. They have an excellent curriculum & weekly activity. Every day he comes home telling me what he's learned. He's had amazing teachers. (Mrs. Diarene, Mrs. Madelin, Mrs. Chanel, Mrs. Lizette, Mrs. Marlene) Mrs. Reina is his current teacher. She's kind & loving to all the kids. She's also the teacher that receives them in the morning. Always greets them all with kindness, Love and patience. I couldn't have done it without her. Director Mrs Cristy always has great communication & quick reply. The only complaint I have is that my son sometime doesn't want to leave in the afternoons when I pick him up. I absolutely love ASSPII. My son started when he was 2 and the amount of improvement I have seen since his last daycare is unimaginable. He learned to say colors, numbers, and letters in Spanish as well as English. Now that he is in PK-3 I've seen how much his social skills have developed as well. He loves his friends and his teachers. Aside from the curriculum the school always tries to engage the children in different monthly activities. I love dressing him up to go with whatever is going on in school that day, He enjoys it and gets excited about it as well. They also use the Tadpoles App! Pictures are uploaded throughout the day of the class during their activities. Then at the end of the day we get a full report of how his day was. Someone is always available to help with whatever is needed with my son. And he is always greeted warmly by the teachers and staff. As a first time mother, I was hesitant to leave my son with anyone, better yet a daycare. But the first time my husband and I went to see A Sunny Start Preschool II, we felt a warmed welcome. Starting with Ana in front desk, Cristy and every single teacher that we were introduced to. I can honestly say, our son has had the best experience at Sunny Start Preschool. They have exceed our expectations. Believe it or not, at 18 months old, he loves going to his classroom and especially, he loves his teacher Maria. She always welcomes him with love and care, she has a heart of gold. He has learned so much with her in just the few months he has been there at Sunny Start. I personally have seen the care and love she gives to each child to make them feel happy and comfortable in her classroom. I have my son there, and I'm so happy with the school. The teachers are wonderful, my kid has learned a lot since he is in this school. They send homework and you can see the progress of your child, Ms Evelyn is a very good teacher, my child loves her. On the school they use an App that you have installed in your phone and they send you pictures of the activities and also a report for what they done during the day, how was the lunch at what time they sleep. We are so happy with the staff and with the policy of the school. The other thing that I love from the school is that in the morning you drop your child inside, you can talk with the teachers and they can respond any questions. My child is so happy on the school and for me this is the most important review, the kids feels everything if they are happy is because they are so good with them and they love the kids. read more

My 5 year old daughter Hazel has attended A Sunny Start Preschool since she was two and she loves it. The teachers and staff always look happy to be working there. I'm a teacher as well so I expect a lot from a school and this school has surpassed my expectations. I'm at peace when I drop her off. One of the best things is the app that the school uses called Tadpoles. With Tadpoles the school sends me daily reports, pictures, videos, and so much more. Nothing is better than receiving a picture or video in the middle of my work day. Now my daughter is graduating VPK and my younger daughter will be attending in August. My favorite teacher is Ms. Gigi. She's the best and my daughter loves her. A Sunny Start Preschool is a blessing and I know my little one will love it too when she starts soon. In times like these, we tend to sit and think about all the horrible things that are happening, but we also must think about how blessed and lucky we are, so I wanted to say: Thank you A Sunny Start Preschool for all you do, for staying open, for all the extra precautions you are taking, for all the teachers and staff that leave home every morning to take care of our kids during these challenging times, especially for those kids whose parents cannot stay at home with them. We LOVE ASSPII! My daughter started a year ago, when she was 2 and absolutely loves it. The staff is amazing and always helpful. In just a few months she was already speaking Spanish, identifying with colors, and counting to 10. A year later, she has learned so much and has become such a social butterfly. Her relationship with her teachers is like nothing else. She wakes up in the morning asking to go to school. Mrs. Reina along with the other staff is so great with the kids. She truly invests herself in their education and her relationship with each individual child. I am so glad I found a Sunny Start Preschool! I was really nervous about leaving my son at a daycare with him barely being two but I can honestly say it was the best decision. He recently turned 3 and he recognizes most of the letters, he knows his numbers and letters both in English and Spanish. They do so many activities throughout the day to keep them busy and focused. Your child will never be bored at all! The best part is the Tadpole App where they send you pictures of their daily activities and notifications as well. From the moment I walked into Sunny Start Preschool I felt positive that this was the place for my daughter. I love A Sunny Start preschool and so does my daughter! I started working back in April of 2016 and I don't think I could have done it if my daughter was going to a different daycare. I actually go out of my way just to take her to A Sunny Start, I live and work farther east. I love their secure biometric system and they use the tadpoles app so I get pics of my nugget during the day, which is great.
