I was skeptical at first after being disappointed by a few tours as well as overwhelmed, however, the moment my husband and I walked inside, we both immediately glanced at each other amazed by how wonderfully welcoming it was. My initial amazement was its cleanliness and it smelled so wonderful! As a first time parent, this school met all of our needs. We enrolled our daughter at 19 months old and she adjusted within 3 days, with barely a tear! She now runs to the door and doesn't even look back. Ms. Emily is the director and the first person we met during the tour. She has the kindest eyes! She was welcoming and very thorough. She has done an incredible job and should be proud. My daughters teachers are Ms. Lili And Ms. Marta. Both of these wonderful and patient ladies greet us everyday with a huge smile eager to see our girl! It's so much appreciated!! I've had brief interactions with other teachers between picking up and dropping off and Ms Milly is a doll!! I recently met Ms Maria who seems just as sweet as the rest of the team. Despite COVID restrictions, such as social distancing amongst parents and not being able to attend typical holiday gatherings, you still get the family environment! When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

Actually a friend of mine whose kid was in different class,pulled her kid before this school year,pointing out that school has some issues. I don't know if that's because the director changed or the school run out of money,but activities became so limited.Most of the days kids just doing coloring and painting,not much of diverse materials are used even though you pay for it.Last year was much better regarding this.Curriculum missing some creativity. This year there have been zero field trips even though they were promised. Instead of taking kids to a museum tour as a field trip,they invite you(it's optional activity)to bring your kids on the weekend for a museum tour and charge you like 60$ per ticket.Ridiculous. Christmas party that was planned for a while was basically a bounce house. Other important thing,they are short on staff. The pictures of daily kids activities are posted on the app not very often.For that I don't blame the teacher(my kid teacher is great by the way,knowledgeable,passionate and caring and we really like her),but she is by herself most of the times so obviously can't do everything. On the good note,the school is very clean,super safe,everyone is friendly,the atmosphere is great,front desk ladies are amazing,very communicative and always there for any questions,ready to help you out with a smile. My kid's teacher is amazing as well,she pours all of her heart in care for the children. From her first day in Kindercare, she was eating, drinking her milk, she looks so happy when picking her up, it's so clear that the attention and care she's getting here is what she needed. They've helped her learn to walk, say her first words and she is now transitioning to the toddler class. Everyone from Ellie (the director) to all of her teachers are amazing, down to earth, and so nurturing and loving.
