There was one particular home that I absolutely loved. I wasn't alone in wanting this home; it was saved by several hundred people. The very day that I first contacted Melanie, it had already gone under contract and I was pretty bummed. But when that contract fell through and the house hit the market again, Melanie knew before the listing had even been updated. Melissa put together the offer and it was accepted by the seller same day, avoiding a bidding war.
