I would not recommend this to anyone for a piercing. I cannot speak for tattoos. Unfortunately, this place is just a dump. The piercer is also the receptionist, and she wasnt wearing a mask or gloves while up front, handling the jewelry. She did spray the jewelry down with some kind of sanitizing spray. I am doubtful the clamps were cleaned properly as I didn't see an autoclave anywhere. Thankfully, during the piercings, she wore a mask and gloves. However, there was no measuring done, so the labret post for one piercing was much too small. Ended up trying to embed into my skin. Thankfully, I had some extras so I replaced it this morning. My lower lip piercing (vertical labret) was supposed to line up with my medusa, but it doesn't and it was pierced incorrectly. the top stud is too far into the top of my lower lip. Also, they only take cash, but there's nothing about that until you go to pay, and their atm charges $3.25 If you want a facial piercing, just wait until they can be done again, and go somewhere much better than this place! read more

I went to get a memorial tattoo for my Father who passed 2 years ago... It was a pretty simple design with an added personal touch just for him... Everything went well until a few hours later when the swelling started to go down and I realized it looks like an amateur did it! The line work is shotty to say the least. The design looks nothing like the photo I provided. The shading is horrible! Yes, I contacted the shop about the bad tattoo and they offered to fix it however the damage is already done... Of all the tattoos to mess up a MEMORIAL tattoo is not the one to botch! I'm heartbroken and furious! I will not return to this establishment. I went here with some friends, they all got tattoos and I got another ear piercing. Pros: -Cheap! -The people at the front desk were extremely sweet, -me and my friends all left satisfied with our physical tattoos and piercings, I left uncomfortable with the environment and service. Cons: -messy, they had pizza boxes and random things just everywhere -no masks by any employee, which is obviously allowed but it was very uncomfortable in a place where they are so up close and personal. -honestly felt like they could be more sanitary. While she did my piercing she was going on her phone and touching things other than what was needed to just do my piercing. Also I'm not sure if this is considered a pro or a con it's just kind of a comment, but this didn't feel like a very personal experience like how I've seen other tattoo and piercing shops. The results here turned out fine, but If I personally was getting a tattoo I would have went somewhere where I would have felt more like they cared about my results rather than just trying to get me done. (If that makes sense) So if you are someone looking for a personal experience I don't think this is the place to go. But, if you are looking for a good job at a cheap price just to get the job done and get in and out it is the perfect spot. read more

I'm not sure where to begin. I walked in and went straight to the counter and said that I wanted my ears pierced, two holes in each. When I turned around and faced the rest of the shop my heart sank and I immediately wanted to leave. The place is a dump. I tried to be optimistic and I thought to myself "who can f-up a earlobe piercing anyways". I was taken back by a girl that I don't know the name of because I don't think she ever introduced herself. I was never asked for ID or proof of age. I ended up in a little closet type of thing, with a tray that was already set up(red flag #4). The girl doing the piercing then went to work on making the ink dots on my ears to show me where the piercings would go, she was very patient and nice about me having her change the dots countless times. I'm a medic, so when I looked down and saw one single needle I asked the girl if she was going to use the same needle for all four piercings and she said yes, I was concerned because as a medical professional I know that when I use needles I NEVER use them more than once. But I guess I thought that since she is a "professional" also and I'm not completely familiar with pricing protocols that I would trust her. The first two piercings went fine, she was very slow with the needle and that makes it much more painful but I've had so many needles put in my body that I have a high tolerance for it. The third hurt significantly more, and it bled a bit more than I thought an earlobe piercing would. The fourth was pretty bad, and it was dripping blood for about 10-15 minutes. It is my opinion that the excess pain and bleeding was because of a dull needle. As for them looking good you can tell for yourself in the pictures, I don't think they look very even. I am not a wuss, I've had countless IV's done on me by an inexperienced sweaty soldier in the middle of a desert and felt like I was receiving more sanitary service than I got from this piercing shop this afternoon. I have asked around and learned that using a needle more than once is not ideal(if even legal) and I plan on calling the shop tomorrow and seeing if I can get my money back. It cost me $50 for four earlobe piercings. The jewelry is not very nice, the backs are just the clear silicone jelly beads. You can decide for yourself if you think reusing a needle is professional or sanitary, I certainly don't and I wish that I hadn't set foot in this shop. read more

Got a tattoo done as I was talking with the lady at the front desk the owner comes falling through the door onto the floor behind me. The tattoo I got has now faded and is barely noticeable. All employees are covered in sores and have random people coming in and out talking with the tattoo artist if that's what you want to call them while being worked on. I've gotten both a piercing and a tattoo here. I got my tragus pierced here a few years ago, and a tattoo a few months ago. I love both and would absolutely go back again for either. My tragus was done by Megan. She did a fantastic job, going over all the details of getting the piercing and the aftercare. My tattoo was done by Amanda. I was nervous because it was my first tattoo, and she went through the whole process before starting and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok with the pain. Prices are very reasonable - piercings include the jewelry (not sure if this is still true as it's been a while), but they had a great selection of alternate jewelry if you're looking for something different; tattoos are priced based on size and black vs color, not time, which is great. Amanda mentioned that she does free touch-ups on her work, so I'll be scheduling an appointment soon to do that. read more

The first time I went here I was 13 and they pierced my nose. It went fine but the fact that it was the only place that didn't care about my age should have been an issue. I went back about 2 weeks ago (I'm 16 now) to get my industrial pierced. The lady was very quiet and didn't ask a lot of questions. She brought me to the back room and marked my ear (I think) but didn't ask about placement or anything. Pretty sure she didn't even wear gloves. She just pierced it. It hurt a lot which of course is expected for an industrial but still. I have been cleaning it with sea salt about 4 times a day. I have been doing everything you are supposed to be doing. Since I got it I was paranoid about the fact that it looked a little crooked. Well today I went to a different place, aka a "professional" place and the lady told me that it is on the verge of an infection. She told me that the piercing is not done right and because of that it most likely won't heal. Now I have to go to the doctors and get put on antibiotics so the infection will go away and I can take it out. I would also like to add that I called them about a week after and explained what was going on with the piercing. They told me to clean it with Neosporin... anyone who knows anything about piercings knows you are not supposed to use any products like that. Clearly, they do not know anything about piercings, the sanitation that should go into it, healing, etc. If you have seen an industrial piercing before, you can look at the pictures of mine and tell it was done wrong. So, after every shop in Binghamton mysteriously closed early, we ended up here to get my wife's nose pierced. Obviously one positive is they are open late. They are also cheap and the lady who helped us was nice. That's about where it ends. The place is pretty dingy, and when we walked in there were pizza wrappers all over the place. The piercing area feels like a box stuffed into a corner. There is hardly enough room to sit, let alone give someone a piercing. The worst part is after the piercing. The were content to let her walk out the door with zero after care instruction. I had to ask, and her recommendation was contact solution! Oh, and they don't take credit cards. Update: I would never recommend anyone come here. So after all that, my wife was having a terrible time with it. She finally decided that the metal must be bothering her, So she went to a well known shop to get something with titanium. Turns out, the original piercing was too short. There was no room for the swelling and the jewelry had embedded itself into her skin. The guy had to reach into her nose with pliers and cut the jewelry to remove it. This is just unacceptable. My first tattoo is great but my second one was done by a new tattoo artist who recently joined the business. She didn't do too good. This place is absolutely disgusting. When you walk in it looks like a dump, not to mention there are cats roaming the place. If that isn't enough to turn you off, I would love to let everyone know they are not certified. They have no idea what they are doing and I feel bad for anyone who has ever been pierced by them. i went to get my nipple pierced one night, the piercer told me she has been piercing for three years, but pierced right through my areola and not my actual nipple. Later that week, called a certified place, after I realized my nipple was MESSED UP, and come to find out this other (CERTIFIED) place has TAKEN OUT 8 NIPPLE PIERCINGS FROM CESARS THAT WERE ALL PIERCED IN THE WRONG PLACE. I had the metals they pierce with looked at, and they are cheap pieces of metal that go for at least 20 cents in China. They are completely unsterile, considering they have cats on their surfaces and marked me and all my friends with the same marker on our nipples. I go to college in the area and every person I have spoken to has had horrible experiences with this place. On their website, it doesn't even say they are certified, which should be one of the first things you should see on a website, because they are not. My friend called the police and health department on this place, and so will I. Do NOT go to Cesar's. read more
