I LOVE CUBANOS. so when I heard about a new food truck, of course I was excited. I eat every day. I…read moreknew I had to track them down. I went today for lunch and holy cow. Was not disappointed!! Actually I was really impressed. The bread is "incredible buttery delicious" -my husband. The fries are way better than you'd expect from a sandwich food truck. The inside of my cubano was the perfect amount of pork, pickles, cheese, mustard, and mayo. Not too much of one thing- perfect. I can't wait to come back and try more things on the menu!!! The Caprese sounds so yum. Plus the prices are great and totally affordable. Not that snobby food truck price you end up paying with other places around town. 10/10. Would recommend. Heckin' good.
