Cafe Central was about a five minute walk from where I stayed in Poland- dangerous. After a few weeks of eating salads for breakfast at the hotels (standard breakfast foods in Central Europe tend to be very different from what one would normally associate with breakfast), we were craving a hearty, carb loaded breakfast. Cafe Central is so so so good. They have tons of bagel sandwiches listed on the board, as well as, pancakes, oatmeal, and much more. They also carry non-dairy milk too!! I always wanted to branch out and try a new bagel but I ended up ordering the same one every time- onion bagel with hummus, tomatoes, and pickles. Seems like an odd combo but it was DELICIOUS!! (I do believe it was vegan; however, I did not confirm that the bagel did not contain eggs or dairy) Despite the fact that it was a bagel, I never felt gross or bloated after eating. I would 10/10 recommend. Tips: they have wifi! If you look on the wall above the bench seating at the front windows there is a little note that states the password. The menu when you first walk in is in polish but have no fear! If you walk around to the left side of the counter and look up, the menu is in English. read more

I had an omelette with mushrooms and frankfurters. The texture of the omelette was a bit weird - I thought it was too soft and mushy - but otherwise it tasted okay. Prices are reasonable and it's pretty centrally located. read more

My first breakfast in Wroclaw, this place is conveniently located around the corner from Puro hotel. It's a charming little cafe with good selection of baked goods: quiches, cakes, croissants, muffins. Their specialty is bagels though and they make a great variety of bagel sandwiches, pretty much anything you can think of. So if it's a bagel you crave this is definitely a spot to check out. I also tried their pancakes "American style" which were pretty damn good, and better than some pancakes you'll find in America :)) read more

Great little place. Food is good coffee is great...if you expect coffee like US you'd be disappointed but if you like the way they make it in Europe you'll love it. Hard to find a place to sit so call ahead for a reservation. read more

Cute little dinner with a good selection of breakfast and lunch. Prices were very reasonable. I don't think I've ever had pancakes this good. True, they're only pancakes but I could eat these totally plain. Had them with fresh cut fruit which was just what you'd expect. Asked for maple syrup but was disappointed to find they were out, so I took honey. Orange juice was fresh squeezed and tasted great. Would've ordered the quiche of the day, but it looked like yesterday's - not today's. Overall, the meal was very good. read more

Food wasn't fresh, wait staff was rude, and they ran out of multiple menu items but didn't update or note it on their central board, no one enjoys waiting over an hour and then asking for four different menu items and having them not be available. Oh, in addition it took over an hour to get through 8 people. 8 people. Extremely slow service. Hopefully they have better days. But, today was a completely miserable performance by the entire establishment. read more
