Exposed brickwork inside makes for cool ambiance, but the coffee is great and the staff are really friendly, you'll never be stuck for a good chat while you wait for your order. I prefer Mottletop to some of the other chain coffee shops around as they seem to care more for their customers. Which is kind of refreshing really, I'm so used to just making my order and then having to hang around twiddling my thumbs waiting for the coffee like in so many other places around.
