Now, I have definitely been on what seems like a never-ending hunt for the Best Burger in Copenhagen, and while I'm not sure I've found it quite yet, and technically Dragør isn't Copenhagen, I will say that Cafe Blink is pret-ty close in terms of meat quality. No lumpy tough meat can be found here, folks. A sad tragedy is that it comes with a side of guac that, if not for it being sort of green, I wouldn't even know it was actual guacamole. As a passionate lover of delicious chunky homemade guacamole, that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, the ambiance is great. This place has potential, but it's really hard to go here if you don't have your own car since it's basically in the middle of nowhere, or the south eastern tip of Amager. Pretty view it boasted on the facebook and website, but what's pretty is relative. Sure it's close by the water, but it's more like grassy field with overlook to the nearby Øresund bridge in my opinion, or am I too hard to please? I wouldn't go there on my own, partly because we don't have cars, but if someone dragged me there, I wouldn't say no.
