I went there regularly after lunch for a cake and a coffee. In general I found the place to be clean (including the toilets!), the service friendly and attentive, cakes and tortes fresh, coffee hot, other guests likable. I have rarely seen any guests below the age of ~50 (excluding families), they are mostly calm and very relaxed :). In my opinion the variety and excellent taste of their tortes as well as their traditional style is what makes them special. They differ very much in that fashion from other, more modern cafés in Durlach.
