The servers practically bark at you if you so much as ask a question, or "get the process wrong." We didn't first know how to order here and every time we tried to watch or find out, there was some sort of curt bark from the server - who was just flat out rude. While we enjoyed the pastries and the coffee, and also appreciated the ample bathrooms inside and upstairs, the gruff, unpleasant, non-tourist friendly service leaves a lot to be desired. If you have limited time in Innsbruck, go somewhere else. They don't deserve your vacation dollars here.

I had a donut and cup of tea, and my wife had tea and a pastry. For our money, we got not just a cup of tea, but a whole teapot each. We both liked what we had. There was no seating inside the cafe, but they had a few vacant tables and chairs outside. Not sure if it's an extra which is mentioned somewhere, a mistake or a scam, but in a large order it matters. So check your bill for other mistakes. Overall - wasn't too impressed... So just wander around the streets, there's a lot of options around.

I could get convinced that the reviews were trustworthy too. My husband and I were delighted by the quality of the coffee. I must say that i was hoping for a slightly higher "coolness factor" from the cafe interior itself, as there are some really interesting pieces of vintage coffee-making equipment and the barista school within the cafe, even plenty of certificates from numerous barista competitions, including one personal guiness record entry hanging on the wall..... which could all be made into a very hip environment. However, by the end of our stay, I realized these guys are just about making excellent coffee and the rest doesn't matter that much after all... Fair enough!
