Injera bread... a type of flat bread fermented overnight. Fermentation breaks down gluten. After 8 h there will be no gluten left.
Palm oil... A saturated fat with 13x as much Vitamin A as a carrot and 8 different types of Vitamin E N.B. Saturated fats are the most stable fats for cooking which improves taste.
