Absolutely horrid. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Went there and asked before sitting down if they accepted Credit Cards to which they said yes if over 10 Euros. Sat down and ordered a few drinks along with burgers which were nothing fancy. They're frozen paddies like you'd get from McDonalds.
Long story short, when it was time to pay I was told they only accept EC cards ( German Debit cards ). Not only did I not get an apology, they were blaming me for not having an EC card or cash even though I asked specifically beforehand for this very reason.
They held my ID until I went to the ATM and got cash, and only after I paid they said a simple sorry and that the employee was made aware that they don't accept CC.
Ruined a perfect night. read more
