We had had such a great time here 2 years ago, mainly in the bar with the lady owner as my partner sampled their rums, rather than the food to be honest
And so it was again...the food (steak frites, mousse au chocolat and a cheese plate plus the usual 1/4s each - €54.50), could not be called historic
Yes go here for a change perhaps, but the revamp into 2 rooms resto / bar (+ outside), felt like it had lost all its atmosphere and welcoming feel, the bar especially - yes, its bigger but it felt just like a big space
OK, but a shame
We did return for take away pizzas - pretty good read more
