It had the consistency and taste of Cheez wiz (canned cheese spread). It had no lemon flavor and the texture was too much. The poached eggs were fine, perhaps slightly undercooked, and the wilted spinach was soggy and reminiscent of boiled spinach with no seasoning. I guess the cheese wiz had enough punch to overcome everything but still the glob of flavorless wet spinach on top of the eggs was not very appetizing. Perhaps this place is great for other dishes - but don't order the Benedict unless you LOVE cheez wiz - then definitely order this dish.
