Service was very warm and prompt. Everyone, from the owner and separately, his wife, through to the wait staff all asked how my meal was and were genuinely engaged. The owner, George, was constantly in motion, in the kitchen, at the counter, wiping down tables and engaging guests. He is a very effective manager and keeps thing running smoothly. On top of all that, he brings each child a small ball of dough and teaches them how to twirl it aka "throwing a pie". What a class act! While the table's orders are cooking, they bring the kids small rolling pins to roll out their dough. This is a great family dining restaurant, yet as a single diner I didn't feel like I was in a daycare center.
