Went by headed to Tampa early in the AM, returned at about 10:30 am stopped to grab a bite to eat and believe me I was hungry. A good place to avoid. I've been coming here for years so I don't say this lightly. Food has always been hit or miss here but over the last month it's been consistently bad. I ordered a rare burger that came out burnt as in black and hard, sent it back and a repeat of the same. Brought in a friend he ordered a well done burger, it was burnt on the outside and raw and cold on the inside. Then there's the roaches. While sitting there with my friend we had to brush one off our table. My friend grabbed my attention and pointed out that there were more climbing around on the wall by the kitchen. The cook was just standing there leaning on the counter watching them. When I complained to the manager Frankie he said "It's Florida you can't get away from them." After that all I got from Frankie was attitude. As for the girls that evening well most of them were more interested in flirting with the manager. Please note that the place was not busy, 6 customers total while we were there. One of the girls did come over and sit with us for a few minutes but she spent most of the time complaining about the changes that the owner Asher was making to the place. Went for first time after reading about it. Went in the afternoon which was probably not the best time to visit. The girls were friendly enough and I loved how they looked. The place is a bit run down and the food wasn't great. I was told by the staff that the best time to visit are Friday and Saturday nights after 9pm. I am also interested in coming back for the breakfast experience. The one thing I didn't like were the dance prices. I thought it was a bit high since the private/individual dances are not completely in the nude despite the place being a nude strip club. The only way you will see any kitties is when the dancers are on stage or if you pay for a "peep show" which involves the girl being behind a glass partition and you are pretty much sitting in the spot in which thousands of guys have jerked off to the peep show which is gross. Cover charge was only six dollars for military, staff is very nice. Had a grilled cheese and some coffee and nothing was a good, but it was fairly priced. But anyway, the lap dance "menu" was on the table (as well as an advertised peep show) and it promised nude servers before 11AM. We were there mid afternoon. There were only 2 or 3 other customers in there while we were there, and unfortunately no show for most of our visit, despite the advertising. Finally near the end one girl did get on stage but did not get fully nude, she just lifted her shirt, but she was at least friendly. I scanned the menu for the cheapest option, ham 'n eggs. I know it's completely psychosomatic but when it arrived I swear it was green eggs n' ham. Well they call me 2Flaskz because getting gintoxicated was the only way out of this one. I spiked our drinks faster than you can say Junior Prom. The DJ played Evenflow by Pearl Jam and Ramblin' Man by the Allman Brothers Band. The 50-50 mix of methheads and coeds that were working danced the same way to every song so I guess it didn't really matter. Seeing men wear trucker hats that aren't being ironic, confederate flag seat covers, and faded "Iraqis Thank President Bush, Why Can't You?" bumper stickers in the parking lot should tell you something. It's a risqué business but once I got down to eating my breakfast it was actually surprisingly good. If you're ever coming to or from G-ville on I-75 I'd stop for curiosity's sake, trust me you've never seen anything like it. As for the party; the twins were fraternal, tennis players are really into how much "endurance" basketball players have, and sorority girls only use their wares to gain status in Greek social circles. It was good... I came all the way from Washington state and I was on business but had to stop in here and I loved it... can't wait tell next trip... go in and check it out.... My hubby and I went for a fun retreat and good lunch for our anniversary. We were happily greeted by a woman named Cherry (I think) who gave us the rundown. Since we were a couple, my hubby had to pay a 5$ cover charge and I got in free! We walked in, its dark and I would've expected it to be quieter on a random Monday before noon, but there were a few patrons and about 5 gorgeous girls working. Everyone was friendly, our waitress Feisty had such a fun attitude and was very accommodating. Our food came and everything was hot and very good although we were definitely distracted by all of the eye candy around us! All of the girls were pretty and delightful.
