One thing let them down and that was the way we were treated by the lady that served us on one visit. I had just had my son and we decided to venture out for the 1st time. My partner ordered the brunch which is called soemthing like the all day breakfast which came with chips, however when our food came there were no chips. I asked the waitress and she said that we had ordered the big breakfast and that didnt come wth chips and if we wanted chips we'd have to pay the extra and it would be about a 20 minute wait. My partner had in fact ordered the brunch or at least asked for the brunch. She was very rude and totally spoiled the trip out (which had taking all morning to prepare for with a newborn baby). Whatever happened to the customer is always right! (and this time we actually were!!) The food served is over priced for i see as cafe food. The Restaurant manager was unprofessional and bar staff miserable, waitresses overworked. Kitchen staff had hair flowing while they cooked, being it was an open kitchen you would think that hygiene would at the top of their list. My meal was cold although some members of the family enjoyed theirs. Seems to be hit and miss.
