There are multiple entrances, the pharmacy is in the parking lot side, and register/checkout kiosks are on Washington St side. The store was mostly clean and tidy. The cosmetics, bath, oral, medicine and snack sections were fully stocked. So many products had sales and discounts, some aisles were just full of the yellow tags. They also had lots of Christmas goods. I was disappointed with the greetings cards and gift cards section. It didn't have as much variety and inventory that I had seen in other CVS. There were multiple staff members in the store. Some were busy organizing the aisles, others were helping customers at register.

I called the Pharmacy a few minutes ago to check if they received the fax and when could I get my medicine. Responder (I think her name was Mariah per my best memory) was extremely rude and mean. I expected more professional and respectful attitude towards a patient whose only purpose is to be able get a medicine. She said "why don't you try another pharmacy" by laughing.
