The mentioned waiter prepared the salad sauce at the table with balsamico and olive oil, but it somehow disappeared in the giant bowl. The pasta was meh, compared to what we enjoyed of the last few days and the pizza ... Well, first it took forever (probably I'm the idiot ordering one during dinner service?) and it was just too think and not that good after all. The sad ambience didn't help to make this a good experience unfortunately. But! It was reasonably priced, almost cheap and ok to eat after all.

For the main, we had the 'Fiorentina di Manzetta Prussiana Extra' alla brace. I have seldom eaten a better-prepared cut of meat--perfectly grilled and incredibly flavorful. It is a rather small restaurant that really doesn't stand out at first sight. But OMG they are good! Located on a quiet town square, it offers a limited but very particular choice of menu. Its strength being typical seafood from the Garza lake itself, it also offers a good selection of meats.
