This is basically Starbucks in London. There were so many of these spots every other block. The interior is nice and cozy. I got a mocha and a croissant. Normally i ask for reduced mocha syrup but this time I didn't, and I thought the default taste was quite good. It wasn't that sweet. They added whipped cream on top and it also wasn't very sweet either. Croissant was fine as well.

This is the best coffee in London. The service is quick and always friendly. It's a great place to sit and relax for a break.

Pretty good local place for travellers. Some tables even have hooks to allow travellers to hook their bags into hook for theft protection.

Says something that it's always busier than the myriad cafes and coffee shops around. But it is just a cafe Nero

It's nostalgic and the best sandwich shop. When I studied abroad in London back in 2006- I was so…read morelucky to live up the street and got to eat here everyday! I've come back to visit London several times since then (most recently in September) and its amazing how all the shops have changed on this block but this sandwich shop still remains! I am sooo glad it's still here! Seriously the best sandwiches, hot dishes such as Samosas- still cheap and fast service! Love that the locals come here everyday and know they can get the best sandwich or hot food from here! I'm obsessed with their simple bacon and egg sandwich (all comes on a baguette) I get it with no sauce of any kind. My second choice- chicken with corn. Simple yet so tasty. No need a million toppings-

This is the best sandwich shop in the world and I look down on anyone that disagrees. Just kidding…read more The sandwiches and employees here are pretty amazing though- as are the prices! I came here 9 years ago when I was a student and vowed to come back to try more tasty treats. I did just that and brought my husband this time! We ordered: -Tandoori sandwich (hot) -Peri Peri Chicken sandwich (hot) Both were so delicious, huge, and under 3 pounds (which is unbelievable)! I would say peri peri chicken was the tastiest. The flavor was on point and had a good kick of spice. If you want to save money and are in the area-maybe to go visit the V&A or another museum, come grab a quick meal to go here first and then have a picnic!

It was lunchtime and busy so I grabbed the only table available which was outside. I didn't mind because it wasn't cold out but the man behind the counter was so sweet and came out to tell me when a table inside became free. He knew everything about all the produce inside, and I went for ricotta and spinach cannelloni. It came with a choice of delicious fresh salads and I got rocket, tomato and pesto. My meal came to £5.60 which was such a bargain considering it was the best food I'd had in weeks. Go here if you can, it is only a two minute walk from Sloane Square tube stop everything about it is perfect.

A salad plate with cold meats and a moussaka with bread and a couple of drinks came in at just under £20. It's away from Sloane Square, and you're unlikely to happen across it unless aimlessly wandering the streets of Belgravia and Chelsea, but it is worth the quick detour if in the area! The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and you'll likely come away with a bag full of goodies when you leave. MMM..... biscotti.
