Good food reasonable prices. We had the chilaquiles w red sauce, chicken and egg. 100 pesos. Water 24 pesos. AC works well. Will go again.

It seemed very popular with the locals. The outside patio was almost full and tons of seating inside. We just waned some quick coffee and got 2 americanos, each for $25 pesos. well it wasn't that great but i suppose it's coffee. Unfortunately we didn't have a coffee maker at the house we rented, which is odd and ran out to the nearest cafe. We will have to venture out to another as even McDonalds might be better than this.. Value 2/5 atmosphere 3/5 service 3/5 quality 2/5 the food may be better? 10/20

We tried the tortilla with egg inside and beans and cheese on the outside and mushroom quesadilla. We accidentally ordered just mushrooms instead of chicken and mushrooms due to our lack of Spanish lol.. coffee was good but the orange juice wasn't sweet at all. Seems fresh squeezed tho. Service was okay, we had to wait a while for them to get our orders and give us our check. Food was okay. Good experience getting to taste what the locals eat tho.

Desayuno Americano- scrambled eggs w/crumbled chorizo, frijoles, and cactus strips. Green and red salsas in the back.

Don't know why this place isn't rated higher. I almost missed it due to lackluster reviews. It's located in a small US type shopping plaza, across from a Domino's. The outside has sidewalk seating under awning. The inside is air conditioned and has fans. I went for a 1000 AM breakfast and coffee. It was about 75% filled, mostly locals- usually a good sign. I chose outside (no smoking! Wow!) and despite the heat, in the shade with a light breeze it was comfortable and actually quite tranquil. No blaring music, no street hawkers. There is parking just off the sidewalk on one side but I saw no one sitting and running their exhaust like often experienced in the US. I came in for something light but my eyes voted otherwise when I saw the menu and started enjoying the atmosphere. So many delicious breakfast choices! I could not choose. After ordering Cafe Americano (which was good but weak but I blame American coffee of 20 years ago for that!). If you like strong coffee order properly. In a panic because I couldn't make up my mind from all the Mexican traditional and regional choices, I just went with Desayuno Americano, eggs scrambled with your choice of meat. I chose crumbled chorizo. It came with frijoles w/ queso (a sprinkle of house cheese) and fried cactus strips. Fresh tortillas on the side. The eggs were over cooked but I don't know if that's normal here. When I placed my order, despite my nonexistent Spanish, the waiter pointed out that it came with orange juice and the coffee. Sure! The orange juice was FRESHLY squeezed! He brought it out in a glass and another glass with ice. I declined the ice and drank the delicious juice in almost one swallow. No sugar, no additives! My order came out very quickly and was delicious. Red and green salsas on the side which the waiter nicely pointed out the red was hot. Other than the overcooked eggs, I had no complaints with the food at all. Very enjoyable. I ran low on coffee and pointed to the cup when the waiter passed by. Shortly he appeared and refilled my cup. I expected a new cup and to be charged. After my meal, while writing this, another waiter came out to refill my cup again- unasked- a first in Mexico! Zero complaints with the service! Fast and conscientious. Food was prepared and presented well, with only the noted issues. The atmosphere was utterly enjoyable compared to so many other noisy, offensive places. Go. You won't be disappointed!

Tortilla Soup. Most meals come with soup of the day and a drink.

My husband & I happened to walk by this beautiful open air (they have indoor seating as well) place…read moreon our morning walk, while on a recent vacation. They had a sign that mentioned breakfast buffet w/unlimited mimosas & fresh juice included for $15, we were sold (bottled water does cost extra). My favorites were the fresh fruit bar, chilaquiles (2 kinds), pastry bar, French Toast (ask server for syrup), Mexican Hot Chocolate, fresh grill (for eggs any style) & quesadilla/taco grill. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the buffet set up. The host, servers and staff were very attentive & kind. We wish we would have discovered this place sooner as we would have went there every day. Highly recommended!

For drinks, we had a Limonada Samura, Green Light, and Kami Sama. Each of the three of us chose two…read morerolls apiece and we shared them. We ordered  Dos Atunes roll, Caribe roll, Unakiu Maki roll, Shake Avocado roll, Pacifico roll, and the Kiuri Maki roll. There were so many intriguing desserts on the menu that we had to try four of them: Pastel de tres leches, Cheese cake tempura, Oreo tempura, and a Japanese cotton cheesecake. One of us had a cafe cappuccino with our shared desserts. The seafood in the rolls was good quality and the rice was perfectly cooked. I loved the sweet and savory combo of the Caribe roll and would order that one again. The prices for our rolls ranged from $9.70 to $17 but worth the price if you are a fan of sushi.
