Basically was like um yea it just has spices in it. Spices may not be gluten free and could be of concern for a celiac. I asked him if any drinks were gluten free and he said all but 2. I wasn't confident that the drinks would be made separately from the non- gluten drinks so I opted not to get one. My friend got the bees knees and said it was really tasty. The server did come back and switch my water to regular at the end but he should have been upfront with what he gave to prevent any exposure to peoples allergies.

The space is really cool, with some neat lit-up signs behind the bar and antique paintings on the ceiling. I tried a few cocktails and they were all tasty. These included the Flying Dutchmen -- their signature cocktail -- and the Umami Margarita. I was a bit hesitant about the Dutchmen because it was with gin and orange, but I liked it a lot. The bartenders were super nice and friendly (always a pleasant surprise) and were talking to the other regulars about what they did last night and what they plan to do after work. Super casual. It seemed like they were also very knowledgeable about beer so if you're not sure, you can consult with them to get recommendations. The beer was great and there were a lot of options. The location is near the park and also near a tram stop if you want to take public transport after your beers (or beer tour, in my case). I hope to do the beer tour again when I'm in Amsterdam and therefore come back to Craft & Draft.
