Beautiful interior and amazing selection of pastries, confectionary and edible gifts! I had an almond pastry, not sure what it was called and the macrons. There is a very long queue to sit down in the dining area for tea time but nonetheless, it's gorgeous and worth the wait.

Very disappointing at all regards... expansive, not good and could not have a bill with the exact meal I ordered I will never come back here. By the way, the dishes in false wood.... cheap and not attractive (picture)

The Religieuse Russe. The blend of pear and gianduja makes it unique.

5 for presentation, 4 for pastries, 3 for macarons. The pastries are stunning in an Ivanka Trump sort of way (liberal use of gold powder, for example). They put their own Russian spin on it (such as the Religieuse Russe, which has gianduja chocolate/ hazelnut with pear compote, vanilla, and something bordering on fondant on top.) so the flavors are surprising compared to the typical pastry shop. I would rather eat Marletti or Hermé pastries, but these are still worth a try (or at least a look). The macarons are so-so and cloyingly sweet with the exception of the citron (lemon), which tastes like an amazing lemon meringue pie in macaron form. Otherwise, get your macaron at Hermé, Ladurée or Hévin (in that order).

View of front of the place!! Very trendy looking!!

Stopped by for some "pre-dinner snack" at this place that's conveniently located in the Printemps building!! Started with their Mille feuilles which was really rich and tasty!! Also had their 3 macaroons which were so soft and light and fluffy!! Really really good!!

Cafe Pouchkine macarons...bliss. Bliss, I tell you!

Note: This review is only for the macarons... I know everyone is Laduree Laduree Laduree when it comes to macarons. And they're fine, but the best I've had are those from Cafe Pouchkine located in the Printemps department store. Stumbled upon this by accident, was mesmerized by the multiple flavor combinations. The texture was perfect. Perfect. PERFECT. The flavors sang, the raspberry, the almond, the espresso...splendid. They were expensive but delightful beyond imagination. I've had Laduree before and since and they've never come close to what I experienced with these. The mere thought of them is desert ecstasy. Sadly, since my last trip to Paris, I've not been able to tolerate any other macaron so perhaps you should avoid them and stick with Laduree...

This cafe is dreamy! The place is so chic and sophisticated and all of the pastries looked so good! I wish I had all the money in the world so that I could try ALL of them! I decided to go with the Napoleon. It had a delightfully thin and crunchy shell with very rich but not too sweet filling. Yes, the place is super expensive but I would go again. Didn't try any macaroons. My boyfriend also got some kind of a pastry that I cannot remember the name but he loved it as well.

I seem to have established quite a reputation among my friends as a patisserie connoisseur, I can hold an in-depth conversation for hours about these delightful treats and have pretty much sampled work form every patisserie in Paris. Cafe Pouchkine is my favourite. All of the creations shimmer like diamonds in the display cabinet; resembling crown jewels more than anything edible. I have yet to sample one which hasn't been heavenly. Personal favourites of mine are the Napoleon and the lemon meringue tart but as I say you will be hard-pushed to find one which you won't love. I must also say that the service here is very good, I am always greeted with a smile even if it comes across as slightly fake sometimes I would rather that than the contrary. If you're planning on sitting in, there can often be a queue so be prepared to wait especially on the weekends. For a quintessential French patisserie experience this is the most perfect place to come followed by a spot of shopping in the department stores afterwards. I always return time and time again if I never need cheering up, it is my go-to patisserie in the whole of Paris.

Super cute and fancy spot to enjoy a glass of champagne and macaroons. It's pricy, but worth the money if you appreciate a glamorous ambience and want to feel extra fancy and fun in Paris. These are not my favorite macaroons in Paris, they are way too sweet for my liking... But I'm not sure if that's how the Parisians prefer them? All the pastries and sweets are displayed OH so beautifully, like jewelry store of goodies! Some of the chocolates even glitter in the case with gold! I recommend sitting at the bar and ordering three macaroons paired with a glass of bubbly :)

To me the best cup of hot chocolate in Paris

I can not pass by Paris and not make a stop at Cafe Pouchkine, it is really a good way to start your day....

Georgous place, like a step in the old times with their decorations. Visit the bathroom ( not kidding), and see meticulous gold details and ancient features. Stunning desserts that are little art works in themselves. Above all, impeccable service from greeter to waiter to manager, completely attitude free, yet full of soft-spoken elegance.

Store is located in the department store "Printemps" with one of the finest and richest selection of pastries. A must try is the Honey cake (russian) and the chocolate little cake with a ball of white chocolate filled with jam!

The macaroons are to die for! I got the pistache cœur fraise, sgouchonka cœur medovick, and pouchkine. All are so good!! The pistache tasted like a candy on the inside, the medovick tasted very Carmel like, and the pouchkine is amazing with the mix of Carmel and chocolate filling in the middle. I also got a chocolate mousse with orange peel on top (forgot the name)... The mousse is to die for and there's a surprise in the middle. Place is a bit pricey and small but it's so worth it!!

    Cute little macaron tins!

There are a few locations of Terres de Café in Paris of differing sizes and this one in Batignolles has the perfect amount of seating and cozy atmosphere to read a book or meet with friends. On weekdays it's a nice and comfortable place to work on your laptop, provided you have your own hotspot (no WiFi here), and on weekends when computers are not allowed the ambiance is much more familial and lively. The coffee is high-quality and the employees are very knowledgeable about the beans and flavor profiles. I've enjoyed all the drinks I've had here, with my usual being a simple latte. They also sell coffee beans and Nespresso pods to go. The pastry selection is typically limited to banana bread, brownies, and cookies as they are much more focused on the coffee, but I found them to be really good anyway. The staff are friendly and make an effort to get to know their regular customers, and the café is very friendly to families and children especially on weekends. The café is conveniently located in Batignolles near plenty of other shops as well as the Mairie.

It's cozy until the person next to us started vaping and covered herself and some of us in a vaping cloud. Ew! Otherwise it wouldn't even have been too bad. We were lucky to get a table right as we walked in because another group was leaving. Looks like people were in and out ordering from the counter too. When you're done, just go to the counter to pay. Easy! Service: 5 Food came quickly but ordering took some time because one of the waitress went on break, but the other one was friendly and spoke English. The latte took a while to come out and I was already mostly done with my croissant by the time it arrived. Food: 5 The croissant looks messy and is intended to be eaten with a knife and fork, but it was delicious! Portion was perfect. You might not see it, but there is ham all underneath so each bite has ham. The sauce and runny yolk makes the dish decadent. The top part of the croissant was served vertical and I had to move it to make it more "sandwich-like". Matcha latte doesn't taste sweet at all so if you're thinking it will taste like what you'd get at Starbucks, it won't! But this is how I prefer it. The cup was super full when it arrived!! It was our first meal in Paris and was happy to have gotten good food! If I had to choose again, I'd choose to go there again for our first Paris meal!
