Yelp Review 2026 #175:…read more
Walking around and visiting important landmarks in Geneva would make anyone hungry. It started pouring too so, we needed to find a place to keep us from the rain. I've been wanting good pizza while in Switzerland. Conveniently, I bookmarked places I would want to eat at. I saw pictures of their pizzas so, I was sure to get one myself.
The place has outside seating but since it was pouring, nobody's sat there. Tables are super close to each other. Taking my wet coat off seemed awkward and there was nowhere to hang it. You have to scan the QR code to see the menu.
Lasagna:
Layered baked pasta with minced beef ragù made with celery, carrot and onion, with béchamel sauce, fiordilatte cheese, grana cheese DOP, pecorino romano DOP and basil. Very comforting dish. 4/5
Polpo Croccante:
Crispy octopus, served on a potato velouté with slow-roasted tomato and crispy bread chips. I saw this on the menu and I said forget the pizza, I'm having this instead. I probably could've had both to be honest and I was filled with regret not for getting octopus but for not getting pizza. 4/5
Our food came out 30 minutes after placing our order. They make everything from scratch so, it takes a while. There's only 1 server and 1 person in the kitchen. But everyone who ordered pizza, got their food in under 20 minutes. I saw the pizzas at tables next to ours and I had food envy. The crust looked perfectly fluffy, crisp and brown around but the middle portion with the sauce and toppings was thin.
There's a bigger section past the kitchen with more tables. So, I'm not sure why we all had to crowd in the front section.
