Out of the 7 courses, my favorite dishes were the kohlrabi, asparagus and the radish dish, and everything was well-executed and with extreme attentiveness to detail and flavor. In essence, this meal was a foodie's paradise! I will make special note of the radish dish as it was paired with a Dijon mustard ice cream, which despite how it sounds, was super delicious, extremely unique, and paired well with everything else on the plate. This memorable dish was such a delight that it was my absolute favorite dish of the night, and probably of a lifetime! Our meal rounded off with a sublime strawberry rhubarb desert, and more options for wonderful drink pairings including a complimentary infused vodka.
