And their deserts are really good. Julien also mentioned their pastry chef placed second in a NY competition, and the desserts absolutely lived up to that reputation. We also ordered iced coffee and a latte, and noticed something interesting: this was the second place where we found Canadian coffee to be smooth and mild ~ such a nice change from the often bitter, over-roasted American coffee.
