My experience with Beverly was awesome…read more She was a referral from a friend of mine and boy were they right. After being unsuccessful selling my home with another realtor, I gave Beverly a call. She took what was a 90 day headache (previous listing contract) with the other realtor and made quick work of it all without a price reduction. I listed with Beverly, we went on the market Wednesday and had multiple showings in the first 72 hours. On Friday less than 48 hours after the listing went live we had an offer, Saturday we finalized that offer.
