Bill took the time to drive over 60 miles to view homes for us and used Facetime to walk us through home after home while we watched over 1800 miles away. Michelle flew out to view a home we were very interested in, Bill picked her up and shuttled her around for two days showing her multiple homes. We had a home that we made an offer on and again Michelle flew out to view the home and do an inspection, again Bill picked her up and made her feel safe and comfortable. When we finally had a home we loved, Bill worked tirelessly to write our offer, even on Super Bowl Sunday. He sacrificed his time, energy and almost his leg when he fell off a side wall telling us they accepted our offer! He dusted himself off, finalized our deal and then sought medical attention and thankfully he wasn't hurt too badly. Bill is a constant professional and has a great personality. You can tell that he wants to do the right thing every time and that kind of integrity is hard to find in people. We never felt he was forcing us to make an offer so he could reap the financial gain. He was patient and caring especially knowing we were so far away and had very little knowledge of the area and prices. We can't recommend Bill enough and you would be in the best hands when you choose him for your search. Bill started as a realtor and is now a good friend who has blessed our lives in ways we couldn't describe. Thank you, Bill!!!!

    I own my house that is in a community managed by FS. Abbie Shafer took over associate manager…read moreposition from Lindsey Dunn. Abbie ignores my emails and safety concerns. I even emailed her boss, Reginal Director Courtney Lynas, whom also ignored my email. Neither acknowledged receipt of my emails at the very least. Contrary to the ONE email we all received from FS which communicated the change of management, Abbie Shafer does NOT "have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction" with my community. She literally could care less it seems like! There is zero communication to residents/owners as to when our pool is closed or opened back up, so residents have to guess if we're allowed to take our children to swim or not. We don't receive updates on pending upgrades or decisions made by the Board. We have no idea what's going on if we couldn't make it to the HOA meetings. The website that is supposed to be up-to-date with all of this information is not kept. It's so frustrating! If anything changes I will update my review, but as of 7/11/24 this is the "quick and to the point" version of the service we pay for and receive from FirstService Residential.

    I requested and sent confirmation of HOA payment of the pool fob 2 months ago. Still have not…read morereceived it. The HOA dues were paid on time earlier this year. I don't understand how this simple request is taking soo long to fulfill? I see that the HOA had time to complain about a few weeds though, instead of dropping off a pool fob... Payment was made, within that payment came access to the community pool, there is still NO access 2 months later. Manor Hill HOA in Fort Worth TX is managed by First Service residential. They need to do a better job ASAP.
