I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.

We knew this project would not be an easy and relatively average pool installation because of the shape and drainage issues we have. We found it interesting that every contractor had different ideas and opinions on everything from the overall layout to the equipment and upkeep. After all was said and done, we narrowed the selection to Mid-South Pool Builders and Serenity Hardscapes. Both fell directly in the middle of the quote range and were only $70 apart on the final quote. After careful consideration, the final decision was not that difficult. June at Mid-South Pool Builders was dead on with her 3-D rendering of the completed project. We made a couple minor changes, but they found a way to give us exactly what we had envisioned as the completed project. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a gunite pool. They are also A+ rated on BBB. We are looking forward to getting this started. We will post updates later.

I contacted Allen Pools for my liner failure after 5th year, Aloha would not honor warranty so I contacted Allen pools. They were prompt, professional, best pricing for liner. I am very happy with the job they done. They installed the new liner and replaces all face covers and return covers. It is absolutely beautiful. I will be using them to install a slide and a Jacuzzi also for seasonal pool open and close service. If you read this review don't make the same costly mistake as I did, contact Allen Pools First.

However, if you purchase one of these spas do not expect to get any kind of respectable service. It is the worst. I had a slow leak for over a year, multiple trips, hundreds of dollars, explanations from everyone about how hard it is to fix a leak. Halfa** effort to repair it, and I'm being polite. Terrible. I ended up getting a friend I work with who is handy to come by and look at it and he fixed it in 10 mins... by correctly repairing an area that the Crowell repairman had worked on 3 other times. They just kept telling me that the hot tub was old (it is) and hard to identify a leak (it wasn't). The last time the Crowell guy came out, he left things in shambles and tightened the screws into the panel cover so wonky and crazy, it stripped three of the screws completely and they are stuck, cracked the panel, and broke a piece of the cedar off. I had to get a neighbor to help me even get the panel off I had to text the repairman to never come out again. No follow up from the store. I will be buying a brand new one eventually -- and it will be from anywhere but here. I've never written a review on anything but feel it is important to follow thru as a customer when you get terrible service and pay a lot of money to someone.
