He came to inspect a non-functioning water heater and complained that he would have to get a helper to assist in a replacement. I requested a water heater as large as possible that would fit in the attic space. I called 5 times over 4 weeks leaving messages with a live person twice and voice mail messages to his personal cell 3 times. I found out recently from a source I referred Tommy to, that after previewing a job, Tommy won't answer his phone or return calls for jobs he doesn't want to do. I find him lacking professionalism and integrity in customer service. I called Ace Plumbing and they came to my home, measured the space, and installed a new water heater in one day.

In the case of Navarre's Plumbing, I am sitting here just FLOORED at how AMAZING this company is and how UNBELIEVABLE the service is. I had to write a review for these guys. Backstory- I woke up this morning to find a river of water flowing from my front yard over the curb into the sewer drain in front of my house. There was OBVIOUSLY a water main break somewhere in the front yard, thanks to old man winter arriving earlier this week. I knew something was wrong earlier when I started to make coffee and realized water pressure was really low. So, seeing the waterfall and feeling the sense of nausea thinking about the cost of front yard excavation to fix a broken pipe somewhere in the front of my house, I called Tyler Navarre. A friend of mine had recommended him for a small plumbing issue I had a few years ago, so I had his number in my phone... basically on call for that emergency that just hadn't happened yet. I called him at 7am... he got back to me quickly, reviewed his crew schedule, and had a team member (Gabriel) on route that morning. Gabriel arrived with a new technician in training along for the education. I can't tell you how quick they were to 1- find the leak, 2- fix the leak, and 3- make sure I was aware of EVERY step in the process. Gabriel also picked up on my stress and was quick to assure me that this was an easy fix and they would have me back up and running in no time, and for a very fair price. And you know what?!?!.... THEY DID!!! I can't tell people enough how professional and thorough this company is. They are honest, fair priced, and hard working. You simply CAN NOT go wrong calling Tyler Navarre's team to handle a plumbing issue. Yes, I know now that this type of fix may not have been that big of a deal to repair, but as a homeowner without any plumbing experience, you don't know what you don't know. As such, you need to have a subject matter expert you can trust. You need someone who will tell it like it is, not take advantage of what you don't know, and treat you the way you would expect to be treated and how you treat others. TYLER IS YOUR GUY! HIS TEAM IS YOUR TEAM! I can't recommend any plumber in the Lafayette area any higher than Tyler Navarre and Navarre's Plumbing.
