I showed her what I wanted done and she walked me thru the process and kept me informed from start to finish as well as final cost. She showed me 2 or 3 different fonts, based on the style I told her I was looking for. Let me tell you the finished product was flawless and more than I hoped it would be. Peggy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I asked her to embroider some school uniforms for my son with little guidance other than an old shirt for reference. Not only did she create a logo that matched flawlessly, she even had the exact same thread color. I went to her studio and chose the thread color. Again, she went over the details to be sure she understood and I would be happy. The process of ordering was made easy. Peggy is amazing!!! After finding Cajun Stitchery on Yelp, I emailed her several questions regarding a rush order. She replied promptly within a few hours answering all my questions in detail. I sent her images of the items to be embroidered with my font preferences/styling. Peggy texted me the font mock-up right away to get my approval. I chose the thread colors when I dropped off the items at her studio. She took the time to demonstrate the size/placement of the lettering on the items to be monogrammed. I felt reassured and confident prior to leaving her studio, knowing she would contact me in a few days when the order was ready for pickup. -- Just a few hours after leaving the studio, I received a photo/message "All done." It was unbelievable! Peggy worked incredibly quick but did not comprise the quality of her craftsmanship. I am completely satisfied with the finished product.
