This is the sweetest Shop! I usually try to not buy anything that has to be dry cleaned because... come on it's 2025... but I did find an outfit that I adored, and I splurged on it. Then of course, found out it had to be dry cleaned. After reading a few reviews of different dry cleaners in the area, I was beyond sketchy and just put it in the back of my closet. I saw something for Julie's and thought OK I can check it out. I don't have to leave the outfit if I don't like the place. I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing is definitely on point and reasonable. It was a formal jumpsuit. I had dry cleaned and I paid $20. I went there because of the reviews. Nice people. Took 3 pairs of lounging pants to have the elastic in the waist band reduced. It was quite expensive. Got them back. Looked good. Then I washed one pair. The elastic at the back of the waist twisted all up. Hadn't washed the other pairs. They took them to fix the issue. Went back to get them on the scheduled day. Couldn't find them. Went back again. All ready. Washed a different pair today. Back of waist all twisted. I have no idea what they heck they did but I'm not giving them another chance. read more

Excellent Service! My dry cleaning was ready when stated & at a very reasonable price. Shop was clean & organized. Employees were helpful & knowledgeable. 2 star only because the lady was nice. I took 2 gown in for dry cleaning, that I needed ready for wedding day (mother of the bride and maid of honor dresses). I found a Hickey Freeman blazer on sale at Nordstrom's and shipped to Pensacola. Fit perfect, except sleeves needed to be shortened and I needed it for a trip the following Saturday. Called Julie on Saturday morning and she said to bring the jacket in Monday for completion by 3 PM Friday. She did a superb professional job and it fit perfectly. I had dropped off a pair of pants to be fixed, they seemed to have lost that pair. I keep calling (it's been a week since I dropped them off) to see when they will be done. I went to Julie's to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. They got to me very quickly and didn't take long at all taking the measurements to make the adjustments. They asked when I needed my dress by and scheduled my pickup date when would work best for both myself and them. The quality of the work was good, but it was extremely overpriced. I paid $86 for my $99, very simple dress to be hemmed in two weeks, and was not given an estimate of the cost prior to dropping off my dress. Purely because of the price and lack of communication , I don't think I will be going back, however if this is not a consideration for you, Julie's Sew Shop is a good choice. read more

The only reason why I give 4 stars is because of punctuality - one time I had a piece of clothing tailored and was told to come pick it up Friday, and when I came (in the morning) they told me to come back in the afternoon. I brought in a men's suit and a women's black simple gown. I was only given a quote for the suit. It was $14. I asked for a quote for the dress and was told "it will be similar" but nothing was written on the ticket. When I we to pickup the items I was charged $54! I couldn't believe it. This is the place to go for dry cleaning in Pensacola. When I moved here I looked online and saw most places had poor reviews. I came to Julie's based on the reviews and I am glad that I did. This is a small former home you might not otherwise notice on Navy Blvd but it is great. Very reasonable prices. $7 for a men's sweater and $13 for a men's suit. I brought in a shopping bag of things right before the store closed on Saturday and everything was ready by Monday. Very happy! read more
