Evidently the first Sunday of the…read moremonth they have a food truck with Flank Steak and South African "Boerewors" (think Beef Sausage). These on their made a great meal, but they had a Grilled Cheese with tomato and onion that was perfect addition. The beer selection was impressive. We will definitely go back and not just passing through on FL trips. The facility is impressive, open and comfortable. The day was sunny so we chose to sit outside. The staff was very helpful and friendly explaining the beer and food.

I stopped by during the day, and the set up was a little interesting - but it's a brewery so I had to remind myself that. I ordered at the bar after sitting down for a bit without anyone approaching me and was able to put in an order. I know most breweries operate like that, but I did see other people getting served, so that was a little interesting. The place is super clean, and the different seating areas fit so many functions. I took a meeting here and got some work done before heading out. The outside seating is nice too. This is a must try in the downtown Dublin area.
