Stopped off along our way to Atlanta because we needed an ice cream break. We were a bit early, but the staff were so kind and accommodated our family of 4 since we must have looked like we needed ice cream badly! This is hands down amazing ice cream. Some of the best we've ever had. We had chocolate, strawberry and butter pecan flavors. Ended up going back for a 5th cone of butter pecan because it was so good! read more

This is the spot. You want the best ice cream in Dublin and possibly Georgia this is it. This is the kind of place you go eat out somewhere and come her for dessert. We have done that multiple times. Every flavor so far has been the best I think I've ever had. Apple pie is my favorite so far. Strawberry crazy delicious. My wife loves loves loves the pecan with pecan sauce. I don't really how they make their ice cream but it is definitely on a different level. It's so creamy and full of flavor you will use it as a bar to judge all other ice cream. Just try it once. Some of the best ice cream money can buy! I love seeing what new flavors they have each time I visit, and everything always tastes delicious. You can tell it's handmade - it tastes so much better than what you can get from a chain. Not to mention that the service is always so friendly and welcoming. Rosie's Handmade Ice Cream opened their window in May of 2023. They have a rotating menu of 13-18 different flavors while the Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and Butter Pecan are always available. They use a high-fat content dairy mix resulting in premium, rich ice cream. All of the sauces and toppings are made in-shop and make way for a ton of flavorful combinations. They have friendly, personable service and move quickly through lines. With a large parking lot, music playing outside, and fountain close by, it facilitates a family environment to enjoy with the most amazing ice cream you'll ever have.
