We stumbled across The CupCake Bakery 10 days before our wedding and contacted Zoe. She was super helpful and pulled out all the stops to help us (She has been booked to provide cakes for another wedding already on the same day of our wedding, but happy to squeeze us in after I told her our situation!) We were worried about how the cakes will turn out as we didnt have time to travel to Bristol to do tasting session. I enjoy cooking and baking myself so super fussy about the taste (but will be better than no cake at all at that point!). Zoe was very helpful in explaining how she was going to achive the tastes and decorations and promised us the cakes will be tasty, not over sugary and super moist. we had 2 different flavours for the cupcakes (Mango+ passion fruit, and chocolate) and a rasberry based top layer 6" cake.
