Reshmi was an incredible help with getting my 30th birthday cake just right! Not only was the cake delicious, great value for money and delivered in great time on the day. Couldn't have asked for a better service and I look forward to utilising her amazing skill set again for my next big event.

Found a picture of my b'day cake, still in one piece! Beautiful work of art.... and delicious too!

What an amazing experience! A group of us gals went and we had an amazing time! The locale is…read morenamed after American actress, Betty Blythe from the 1920s and is in homage to her. This isn't your fussy high tea experience, it is all about being silly, having fun, playing dress up and enjoying great tea and cakes/sandwiches. It's a 15 min walk from the Hammersmith station, and is beautifully decorated in art deco style (even the wallpaper in the toilet). We sat downstairs and there was a plethora of props to try on: hats, gloves, feather, pearls, headpieces, stoles, etc! Oh my! You get dressed up and you are served something like 6-7 courses of light snacks, so don't eat ahead of time! I was so full by the end of it, I had to refuse the final course. Food was all very good too. The service is impeccable, they checked on us regularly and were great about clearing our plates. The decor really pulls everything together by creating a sense of whimsy and vintage, feminine style and the staff is superb about making the experience a positive one. Gluten free service for a £6 surcharge pp. Bring your own party drink for £3 corkage pp. Highly recommend!

We had the whole tea room booked for two hours for our group, which made it very personal. Downstairs is a dressing room filled with 1920's outfits and accessories. We all dressed up with head dresses, pearls, gloves, feathers and other fancy things. It was so much fun to rummage through and dress up all together. We then went up to have our afternoon tea. We had lovely little sandwiches, cakes and petit fours and scones. It was all very elegant and tasty food. My friend asked for a dairy free menu and they were very accommodating. We also brought our own champagne which was just a £2 corkage fee per person which wasn't bad. The room was beautiful and my friend added her own touches to the table by bringing personal extras for all of us. The hosts were very happy for her to do that, and even let her bring the bottles of drink the night before and stored it for her. They had asked in advance that the girls serving were tipped which I thought was a little bit odd, but the whole experience was so lovely I didn't mind. The afternoon tea was £15 each I think, and then we had the corkage fee for champagne and the tip added on, so about £20 per person. It's a lovely venue for a nice girlie treat. Perfect for a hen do, or birthday party. It's a bit of a trek to get to, but well worth the effort and there's a nice pub opposite which we met at before, or you could go to afterwards.
