My son has a severe allergy to dairy and eggs (and almonds & peanuts!) and Becky was the only person in town I trusted to make his cake. She took extra care to make sure it did not contain any trace of ingredients that are harmful to him and in one case she wasn't able to get complete ingredient info from a manufacturer of an ingredient, so she didn't chance it and went with an alternative. It looked just as beautiful as all her other cakes AND the kiddos at the party kept saying it was the best cake they'd ever had! But even beyond all that, the biggest praise comes from the fact that she made a cake my son could enjoy on his birthday!
