I usually love Crumbl , I guess my mistake was coming towards the end of the day. I decided to get the assortment of 4 to share with work. Two out of the four were very hard and stale. As if they have been sitting there all day. I called to let them know and was told the dulce de leche cookie is supposed to be hard. I agree it is a tougher cookie but definitely shouldn't feel like it could break a tooth ! I used a spoon to try and cut this cookie and I had to use alot of force to break it. Only two of my four were even edible. I was told I will be refunded one cookie price about 4-5 bucks, and I appreciate that. Just so disappointed with my service since I've never had this happen with Crumbl. read more

I've been to Crumbl Cookies in Austin and I'm so glad to see Abilene has a location now! They have easily became one of my favorite spots to visit for cookies. Here is some helpful information to know before you go: - A cookie starts at $3.94/ea, however they are HUGE. One is more than enough for most people. Price is not bad when you consider how filling it is and that they use higher quality ingredients. They're meant to be GOURMET cookies. - They offer 6 flavors ONLY. 5 flavors are rotating and change EVERY week. The only permanent flavor is chocolate chip. - They are CLOSED on Sunday's. - Some cookies are served warm and some are served chilled, depending on the flavor. - They also serve 6 flavors of ice cream and come in half pints. These are more permanent and rotate every few months. - They have a loyalty program that you can sign up for where $1 spent = 1 point earned and you can redeem 100 points for $10 credit. - You can order on the app in advance if you'd like to pick up, but in my experience I've never waited more than 5 minutes when I order at the store. I placed a pick up order 9/2 for pick up this morning 9/3 at 8am. I ordered 2 of the new beetlejuice cakes to surprise my kiddos. I arrived at the location at 9:30 only to be told that they were not ready at all and would take 45 minutes. How is that even possible to be so ill prepared when this location had ample time to know I would be in to pick up this order. This is not the first time this location has disappointed. I am officially done trying to give this location anymore opportunities to correct their issues. I will gladly make an hour drive to San Angelo to get my Crumbl cookies. I love the alternating menu and arch week. This week the clear winners for me was the Strawberry Pretzel Cookie. That is quite possibly the best cookie I have ever had from there. The carrot cake was super yummy! I love having the cake or cookie option although I was not too thrilled about the upcharge for the cake. read more

Is there such thing as a bad Crumbl Cookie ? I think not. I've had most of the flavors and some I like more than others but they are all good. For the price and quality, you could probably go to Walmart, get premade dough, and still get a better cookie. My husband and I had never been to a Crumbl Cookies before and decided to try them after lunch one day. The store wasn't too busy, but my objection was that there was no way to tell what kind of cookies they carry. No little leaflet for a person to pick up and take with them, no sign by the cookies telling you the difference, nothing at all. When I asked the young lady who came to wait on us she said they were supposed to be up on the ad window, but it wasn't turned on. Her whole attitude said we should know already. Luckily we love Chocolate Chip and could tell what those were. As for the cookies, I've had better, but they were good and lasted all day. By the way, I checked the web site and there was nothing there to tell what cookies they carry except they rotate and Chocolate Chip is a daily one. read more

10 out of 10 they never miss!! I see so many horror stories of other locations being sloppy, and cookies being raw or messily put together but never this store! They are thriving!! Store is packed Everytime I go in. And the employees are always smiling and very kind. The abilene location employees deserve a bonus! read more

I'm not sure why this is such a disliked place. I have had great experience here fast and easy and my cookies have always been made to my liking! The staff greets you and will help you if you definitely need it but it is very self explanatory. Love this place and such a cookie lover! read more

Cookies were large and looked delicious. Enjoyed the cookies the first couple of days. Loved the gift packaging. Gift order wasn't filled correctly. Didn't know what was left out until giver ask me if I received cookie cutter too or wouldn't have known it was left out of package. They delivered the cutter after I called and asked about it. read more

I can totally see this place as a one and done, especially if they employees working there are like the one who helped us (her name tag said Em). While waiting in line outside, she asked me how many were in my party, and I said 9. She looked at me confused/irritated and had me repeat the number several times after she would repeat it back to me. It was almost as if she had never heard the number before. Once inside my wife tried to speak to her about ordering the party box (we had 6 kids with us), and Em let her know that she wasn't talking to her, only to the kids. The whole visit she seemed irritated with us being there. I'm going to assume she was tired after staring into the west Texas sun all day through the front door, but the customer service needs a step up in order for this place to succeed. read more

My first and last time to this place. The cookies were okay, the pumpkin pie cookie (if you like pumpkin) was fantastic, the rest just tasted like too much sugar, but if you're into that you'll love them. My biggest point of contention is when I walked into the store there were 6-7 girls in the back and no one at the front, they looked busy which is fine, however I placed a pick up order and walked straight to the pickup line and was completely ignored, not even greeted or told, we'll be right with you. Nothing. Completely ignored, not even a glance. I waited patiently at the pickup counter while the people who had just finished ordering their cookies at the kiosk (they were there before me) stood in line behind me and as soon as they stepped over, they were immediately greeted with a smile while I was once again ignored. The girl then proceeded to ignore me as she brought out their order with a smile, presented it to them and then after they got their order and left, she continued to ignore me again and went back to the back of the store. Around 2 mins later after standing there just staring at the NPCs who apparently work in the store, a girl brings up my order shows them to me and then leaves them on the counter and walks away. One of the cookies I ordered was supposed to be warm but all were cold. Also to top it all I left a tip when I made my pickup order and there was no way to refund that, and it was my birthday. So thanks but no thanks Crumbl. You aren't worth the hype, your employees are subpar at best (at least the the Abilene location) and I will not be returning or referring anyone to you anytime soon. read more
