I ordered 2 specialty cakes totalling $270. One was a $155 two layer cake. Part of one character broke before I left the driveway; she fixed it for me. Then I got half way home and the bottom layer of this cake had collapsed in on itself and all the candy flower decorations had fallen off. I took a couple of pictures with my phone immediately and sent them to her. I then took the top layer off the bottom layer for the remainder of the drive home. I stopped at the grocery store to pick up supplies to try to fix it. We fixed it as best we could at home, but it was extremely lop-sided and didn't look at all like it should have. All I received back from the owner was a 'sorry' and why don't you drive it to my sister-in-law's home (40 minutes away) to see if she can fix it. I at least thought she would refund me part of the cost, but I didn't get a response.
I would not recommend this company to anyone - I would put her customer service up there with Bell & Rogers....pretty much as bad as it can get. read more
