I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt anyway. On the day of our scheduled photoshoot, he missed the appointment and later told me it never made it onto his calendar. He apologized, offered to reschedule, and told me he would send me available dates. Those dates were never sent, and despite waiting several weeks, I never received any follow-up or communication. When I finally asked for a refund, I was told to go through Groupon because the voucher hadn't been redeemed. Whether someone books through Groupon or pays full price shouldn't determine how they're treated. Every customer deserves basic respect, communication, and professionalism. If you offer to make something right, you should actually follow through. Instead, I was left chasing updates and ultimately requesting a refund. I would not recommend doing business here.

Even though there were no yelp reviews I decided to reach out anyways and am so glad I did!! Joey was easy to communicate via yelp and text. Fair pricing and accommodating. He came over with his equipment and wore a mask at my request. He was very flexible with our needs. He was good at giving instruction/direction as well as making sure we were getting the shots we wanted. We had about 18 people total including kids and had some ideas in mind of what type of photos we wanted. He spent a little over an hour with us and it only took 3 days to receive the final product with editing. He edited all photos that were taken and sent the photos in a link for everyone to download. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. He takes all form of payment so that made things easy. The pictures came out wonderful! We wanted some posed and some candid... Little did we know this would be one of the worst decisions we could have ever made. In the contract they were supposed to have given us portraits that we never received. As if that wasn't enough, even after asking countless times for our video they never gave it to us. Despite us asking numerous times it took not only months, but over a year for them to let us know that they lost all of our wedding footage. This was devastating to us as people that were not only in those videos but who also left video messages have since passed away. We have no video of our very special day. I can't quantify the amount of stress and devastation this has caused. If you are searching for a photographer/videographer for you special day, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to ensure you will have your memories properly captured and your contract honored to its fullest.
