This was my first experience buying car insurance on my own (previously I was under my parents' coverage). Allstar's offices are modest, but the staff was nice and seemed like a well-organized group. The whole process was very easy, and Jason, my agent, patiently went over all the different liability options and coverages. He didn't push me to buy anything higher than the state requirements, but own my own I did decide get coverage a bit above the minimum requirements.
