I was doing some donation work for a gym that my kiddo is part of. We needed a banner that we designed and sent Cal Signs to print. It was a very easy process to provide the artwork and have them print it. Kim (I believe that was her name, I'm bad at names) assisted me and did some on the spot alterations to my image in order to ensure the banner would look as we expected. We ultimately had two 6'x3' vinyl banners and three 3'x3' vinyl banners printed. The products looks as expected. Pint was sharp. Longevity will have to be determined in the future. Overall, customer service was great. I really appreciated Kim's consultation prior to sending to print. Delivery was earlier than quoted, which is always nice. Product (printed vinyl banners) was a good value and quality product. I would recommend this business. I will update this review accordingly. read more

Family owned and operated the quality runs thick from top to bottom. From the signs and banners they make to the customer service and presence in their city you can't go wrong!! Looking through their pictures, I found myself many times saying, wow that's their work too!? I'd be willing to bet that many of the bright lights and stand out signs you've seen around town came from Cal Signs, and the ones that didn't probably need to be replaced or didn't shine as well as others causing you to make a u-turn, wasted gas and had to buy less goods from that store due to their below standard signage. Not a very good experience literally from the time I walked in the door. The front door was open but was completely blocked by a 3 foot sign. I had to bend over the sign in order to look in to make sure I was supposed to go in that way. I saw a couple girls behind the counter that said hello. I asked if this was where I came in to which the answer was Yes. They instructed me to just move the sign that was blocking the door. In my head I was thinking Really? You want me to move YOUR sign front in front of YOUR business? So I did reluctantly because I really needed to get a small sign made. After I had explained what I needed which was literally only a 4x5 piece of vinyl (one color) they said it would be $80!!!! Surprised I asked why that crazy amount. They said it was a new customer charge. New Customer Charge!! She said the actual piece would only be about $10 but I'd have to pay their minimum. They should have paid me to move their sign when I first got there!! I told them I wasn't paying $80 bucks for that and walked out. It's sad because they seemed nice enough but they have some pricing issues and are a little rough around the edges with flexibility for "new customer" charges. Ridiculous. read more
