We soon found out that 90% of the times we were calling Bud it was for validation he believed in our case which is pretty much a waste of our money and his time to bog him down with questions that are not relevant to our case. Bud's office has been fantastic at contacting us for any issues and fighting our custody battle at minimal cost. Bud is very direct. He has sound advice and expects you to follow his advice. It's hard to do with custody issues since it's a personal matter but in the long run it has saved us a lot of money and frustration. Counsel scheduled a meeting for me to review said document. Counsel missed meeting & after I called him hours later - he sent me an unfinished document (lied about filing it) and had me fill in the dates. After 10 days, Counsel still didn't file the document. At the last minute on July 22, 2022 I get an email stating the attorneys will be out of town and my appointment will need to be rescheduled. This has been very discouraging to me. As a person in a same sex relationship we chose Tallgrass based on a recommended listing through www.okeq.org to help us shore up our documents for a potential fight/loss of my marriage rights but I guess I will continue my search. Very disappointing and disrespectful to be handled in this manner.
