From the start, Steven and the Prewire team blew us away with their customer service. Every time I reached out, Jaqueline or the other lady (sorry I forgot your name!) answered my questions completely or found a solution on the spot. On installation day, Cesar came out and in about 3 hours had the entire system installed and networking set up! Not only did he get our security system running, but he also added a smart lock to our front door and wired every room for ethernet. Upon pre work inspection Cesar told the house was not prewired for cameras, but Steven and his crew did not flinch. They set an appointment that same week to knock out that monumental task. That is what I call service! Now about those negative reviews. Let's be real, some people will complain no matter what. These are the same folks who get mad when rain is wet, sushi tastes like seafood, or the free sample at Costco was too small. They are the type who send food back at restaurants to avoid paying or complain about the free bread not being fancy enough. Just read their reviews and you'll see a pattern of negativity. Bottom line, ignore the noise. Our experience with Steven and the entire Prewire team was outstanding. The rest of us will be enjoying our perfectly set up security home system and sleeping safe at night knowing these rockstars at Prewire take great pride in their work. They are honest, dependable, and deliver exactly what they promise and that is why Prewire is in a league of their own.

My call was answered promptly by a person that not only took my call but was able to answer basic questions. An appointment was made for that same day. Mr. Maser arrived at my home, on time, and assessed my concerns. He took the time to explain his equipment, monitoring system, and other options available including cameras. After evaluating all his proposals, I decided to go with the security monitoring system, and cameras around the house. After the installation, he also took the time to update my cell phone with an app so that I could monitor my house when I was away. His courtesies attitude, prompt service, mindfulness, and his concern in helping me and my family keep safe was a major consideration in selecting his company. At first during installation it seemed they were nice people and knew what they were doing. Now that we are getting settled in, it's apparent we were taken advantage of. We were charged an additional $1200 for equipment and they won't provide an invoice for it. Connection pins in the thermostat were broken. The video doorbell isn't an ADT doorbell. They put in a cheap google doorbell that provides no connection to the ADT system, no security video feed, it falls off the wall randomly, and for the last week will not even show video through the google home app. I cannot get a response from this company now that there is issues with their equipment and install.

They were quick to respond to my questions about the installation of my TV and soundbar. They were able to install the same day! Adrian came out with another worker. Adrian gave us suggestions (which we welcomed) and did an awesome job. They had a shop vac and cleaned up as they worked, which we appreciated. I would definitely do business with these guys again.
